Singh Home

Our client, a multi-award-winning volume builder, asked our team to create an interior scheme for one of their premiere display homes. The client had a strong sense of what they were trying to achieve from the beginning of the build. Our team researched and documented the builders’ company branding and client demographic, meticulously developing an overarching design for the display.

Formal Lounge

The Formal Lounge, which is situated at the front of the display, needed to be elegant, with premium finishes. We used a marriage of Prussian Blue velvet and white marble, accented with brushed gold.

Rumpus

Still keeping with the existing theme, the Rumpus needed to feel a little more casual. A deep blue Sofer was chosen to add some more color to the space, and rounded shapes, coupled with contrasting patterns delivered an entertaining zone.

Living

Accents of blue and black were used throughout the display, creating a sophisticated atmosphere. Lighter shades of grey were added to soft furnishings, producing contrast in the scheme. Feature art accented the wall panelling, bringing further colour and interest.

Each of the 4 bedrooms were given their own unique personality, encouraging potential buyers to envision themselves in their new home.
