STEP1:
PROJECT APPRAISAL
First of all, we need to establish a brief for your project.
This involves meeting you on-site and discussing your needs, budget and ideas you have. We will also confirm which one of our services is the right fit for your project. We will then document the space by taking measurements and photos and request samples of existing elements we need to work with. (Such as tiles, carpet, flooring, etc.)
*Client to have obtained/loaned samples of any flooring, tiles, carpet, kitchen finishes etc. that they are considering prior to appointment. We shall bring our fan decks for any paint-related choices.
As part of our brief development and design process, your Interior Designer will take you to view some supplier showrooms, to better understand your personal style. You will be able to see some beautiful product that is only available to purchase through a trade representative. We also find this step, helps builds Client/Designer reports and creates a more personalized experience for our clients.

STEP3:
DESIGN & CURATION
Preparing your dream space
Once we have agreed on our design brief, the fun really begins. Your Designer will now develop a considered and beautiful design for each of your spaces while creating an overall cohesive flow. We offer 3 changes per Concept Board. Any further alterations are charged at the minimum hourly rate of $150. As a part of the Design and Curation phase, you will receive the following: Concept Board for each room; Fabric selections for window furnishings, upholstered furniture, bedheads and cushions with cuttings, where available; Paint/Wallpaper selection with samples where available.

STEP4:
PROCUREMENT
Procure your ideal style
Now that you have ‘signed off on your beautiful design concept, we can begin the procurement process. Orders are placed with our suppliers and manufacturers. You will have your own project coordinator who is in charge of following up with the orders and ensuring everything runs as smoothly as possible. As soon as your product arrives at our warehouse, our team does a quality control check and will then contact you to arrange a delivery date and time.

STEP5:
INSTALLATION & STYLING
The magic happens
On delivery day, one of our stylists will come to your home and work their magic, placing all of your beautiful new pieces and doing those special finishing touches that make a space come to life.
